“It was a great stay, clean, quiet and helpful staff but our second morning there, the breakfast food was minimal. Looked like they ran out of food.”

“Mattress had a lot of stains on it. Found a hair in the sink that wasn’t mine. Carpet was crunchy/old. Room was very dated. Room was expensive for what it was.Staff were pleasant.”

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”

“Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold.
